سلام .از دوستانی که مشکل من رو با G Flex 2 دارند درخاست کمک دارم.
مشکل من از اونجایی شروع شد که یک هفته گوشی چند بار ناگهانی خاموش روشن میشد و باتری رو کم نشون میداد . منم فکر میکردم باتریش تموم شده و شارژ میکردم.
بعد از یه هفته گوشی خاموش شد و فقط باید به شارژ میزدم که روشن شه. وقتی از شارژ میکشیدم خاموش میشد.فکر کردم که ممکنه نرم افزاری باشه.ریست فکتوری کردم. تا چند ساعت خوب بود ولی باز هم مشکل به وجود اومد.
گوشی رو بردم بیرون نشون دادم ، گفتند که ممکنه نرم افزاری باشه . دادم فلش کردند ولی درست نشد.
چند جا رفتم گفتند باتریش مشکل داره . هر جا رفتم باتریشو پیدا نکردم.البته چند نفر گفتند دو هفته بعد باتریشو میاریم . .یکی گفت به باتریش شوک بده . شوک هم داد، ولی باز هم درست نشد.
منم اومدم گوشی رو زدم تو شارژ میخاستم یه برنامه دانلود کنم ،وقتی از گوگل پلی دانلود میکردم تا نصفش میرفت بعد دوباره از اول دانلود میشد .بیخیالش شدم و رفتم از سایت های دیگه دانلود کردم.موقع نصب برنامه ، گوشی اخطار فضای حافظه را خالی کنید میداد . این درحالی بود که گوشی پاک پاک بود و هیچچی تو حافظش نداشتم.
فکر کردم که ریست فکتوری کنم درست میشه. ولی وقتی رست فکتوری کردم یه مشکل دیگه به وجود اومد. حالا گوشی رو لوگوی ال جی میمونه. بعضی وقت ها هم بعد از یه مدت میره تو صفحه بوت که نوشتهfastboot mode started
حالا علاوه بر مشکل روشن نشدن بدون شارژ و مشکل کمبود حافظه یه مشکل دیگه هم به وجود اومده.
خاهشا اگه کسی به این مشکلات برخورده کمک کنه. هیچ کس تا الان نتونسته مشکلشو پیدا کنه. حتی نمایندگی هم نداره که ببرم نشون بدیم

اما یه مشکل جدید. گوشی رامش هم پریده بود(البته خودم پرونده بودمش) . بردم خدمات موبایل، بعد از یه روز اندروید 5.0 روش نصب کردن. و اشتباه برای h955 رو روش نصب کرده بود که سیم کارت رو نمیخوند و حافظه داخلی رو هم 8 نشون میداد. در حالی که گوشی من 32g-h959بود. خودم رام 5.1.1 روش نصب کردم. مشکل سیم کارتش برطرف شد اما مشکل حاظه اش هنوز پا بر جاست. چه راهکاری رو پیشنهاد میکنید؟
